How to Send Mail or Package

Family and friends can send correspondence to inmates housed in the Yadkin County Detention Center. All correspondence must be sent through the US Postal Service. Visitation Hours

Family and friends can visit inmates housed in the Yadkin County Detention Center every Thursday from 1:30pm to 4:30pm and 7pm to 9pm. Each inmate is allowed one visit per week. Visitors need to present a photo ID before entering the detention center. Individuals younger than 16 need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian. All visitors need to be on the visitor list approved by the administration of the detention center.
