How to Send Mail or Package

Inmates housed in the Franklin County Detention Complex may receive mail from family members and friends. All incoming mail is opened and inspected for contraband with the exception of privileged mail. Mail that does not include the sender’s complete name and address will not be accepted. To send mail to an inmate, make sure to address it in the following manner:

Visitation Hours

Inmates at the Franklin County Detention Complex are allowed visitation. Inmates are allowed to have two visitors that they can add to the signup sheet. Each inmate is given a maximum of 20 minutes for visitation. All visitors are required to present a photo ID before being allowed to enter. No children under the age of 4 will be permitted to enter the visitation area.
