Visitation Hours
Inmates at the Cabarrus County Jail are allowed visitation. All visits need to be scheduled online or through the kiosk in the lobby. Visitors will need to create an account in order to reserve a visitation slot. Each visit is 45 minutes long. Visitors need to be checked in 20 minutes before the scheduled visit. Visits need to be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance but no longer than 1 week prior. Each inmate is allowed four visits per visitation week.
The Cabarrus County Sheriff’s Office maintains an online jail roster that displays all individuals currently housed in the detention facility. The list is arranged alphabetically according to the last names of the inmates. It also shows their charges, arrest date and booking agency. Each inmate’s profile contains his/her photo, complete name, age, race/sex, arrest date, next court date, charges, and total bond amount. To locate an inmate, you can use the search and/or filter functions.
The Cabarrus County Sheriff’s Office also posts its Wanted List online. The list displays each individual’s complete name, age, race, charge, address, and the law enforcement agency involved.

Cabarrus County Public Records Information
The Civil Division of the Cabarrus County Sheriff’s Office is responsible for maintaining all non-criminal papers issued by the clerk of court. These include divorce complaints, child support orders, restraining orders, and foreclosures. The Records Division, on the other hand, is responsible for managing all incident and arrest reports of the agency. You can view copies of these reports online through the Sheriff’s Office website.
