The Hoke County Detention Facility houses individuals who are awaiting trial and those who are serving their sentences. It is located at 125 E. EDinborough Avenue in Raeford, North Carolina. The Jail Administrator is Lt. Amy Collins. You may get in touch with her by calling 910-875-5113.
How to Send Mail or Package
Inmates are allowed to receive mail from family and friends. All incoming mail must have a return name and full return address. It should also be addressed to the same name and spelling that was used when the inmate was booked. All incoming mail is distributed to the inmates within 24 hours upon receipt, except for weekends and holidays. All mail is inspected for the presence of contraband. Polaroid photos and cash are not allowed. To send mail to an inmate, address it in the following manner:

Inmates housed at the Hoke County Detention Center have a trust fund account that allows family members and friends to provide them with money. Deposits can be made by mailing certified checks and post office money orders. Make sure that these are made payable to the inmate. You may also deposit funds (cash, certified checks, cashier checks, money orders) in person at the facility Mondays through Saturdays from 8am to 5pm except on holidays.
