How to Send Mail or Package

Inmates housed in the Montgomery County Detention Center may receive mail from family members and friends. All incoming mail is inspected for contraband except for privileged mail. Please include the sender’s name and return address. Use the format below to send mail to an inmate:

Funds may be deposited into an inmate’s account using the kiosk in the lobby of the detention center which is available for use 24 hours a day. You may also deposit funds by visiting the JailATM website.

Visitation Hours

Inmates housed in the Montgomery County Detention Center are allowed visitation. Each inmate is permitted one 20-minute on-site video visit per day, from Monday to Thursday 1pm to 4pm except for holidays. On-site visits need to be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance through the Securus Tech website. Inmates are also allowed off-site visits each day, including holidays and weekends. These visits must also be scheduled 24 hours in advance through the Securus Tech website. A convenience fee will be charged for this service.
