Visitation Hours
Inmates detained at the Moore County Detention Facility are allowed visitation. Visits are scheduled through the JailFunds website. For more information on the scheduling of visits, you may call the Sheriff’s Office at (910) 947-2980.
The Moore County Sheriff’s Office maintains an online database of all inmates currently in its facility. Each inmate has a profile that contains his/her complete name, photo, age, race, physical description, admit date and time, address, and charges.

Moore County Public Records Information
The Register of Deeds’ office is responsible for handling all requests for vital records. You can obtain copies by submitting a request online, coming to the office personally, or by sending a request via mail. If you are to send the requests by mail, you will need to include a certified check or money order made payable to the Moore County Register of Deeds Office.
