The Special Operations Division consists of two units which are the Criminal Investigative Unit and the Support Services Unit. The Criminal Investigative Unit are staffed by detectives. The Support Services Unit, on the other hand, consists of School Resource Officers, Animal Control, Crime Prevention, the Traffic Section, and the Park/Trail Section.
